MWR Water Aerobics Program

Water aerobics is a workout that combines cardio, stretching, and strength training exercises in the pool. Our 1-hour deep-water class is designed for all levels, incorporating, high-intensity intervals, increasing core body strength, building stamina and endurance, while developing flexibility.
